Nils Hoefer was admitted to the bar in 2008. In 2011, he successfully completed the course to become a specialist lawyer for tax law. He was appointed as a tax advisor in 2015. In 2018, he completed further training as a specialist consultant for international tax law.
Nils Hoefer has been active in the field of cross-border legal and tax advice since 2008. He worked for the medium-sized auditing and tax consulting firm HLB Stückmann und Partner mbB, which is part of the global HLB network, for more than five years. He then worked for several years in a supra-regional law firm with offices in Germany and the Netherlands, specializing in international legal and tax advice.
In February 2019, he founded the law firm Hoefer Tax & Legal.
Due to its German-Dutch roots, advising clients with legal and business relations between Germany and the Netherlands is a central field of activity of Hoefer Tax & Legal.
Nils Hoefer is also a partner of PBS Pekala und Partner mbB Steuerberatungsgesellschaft and founding member of the of the law firm PBL Bandl und Partner Rechtsanwälte mbB based in Paderborn.
